Uuy of the Mute

Uuy of the Mute is the leader of a human underground organization which can be found in many city of the north, which are not part of a formal kingdom. Members of this organization (sometimes called a cult) are unable to speak. In place of a tongue they have a blue tentacle. This thin appendage is a parasite that all members of the Mute carry and it is believed to give them their "abilities". The Mute possess strange powers over liquids in that they can mechanically manipulate liquids by a seeming force of will. Uuy is believed to call Free City his home, though he has been spotted in a number of locations, his albino coloring give him away. The Mute are believed to communicate telepathically, though this may be but a rumor. Most Mute blend in with society and while few people even know of their existence, none know of their purpose.
