Gnomes

From their home in the Golhord Protectorate the gnomes have come to manage a great amount of success due to their technological wizardry and natural immunity to most schools of magic or sorcery. They are notorious for breeding like rabbits, but due to their stature of 2 and half to 3 feet, they usually can live quite efficiently in small areas. Gnomes are physically identical to humans in every regard excepting their size. They live approximately 150 years on average and possess slightly superior vision and smelling abilities. The strange gnomish immunities to many types of magic has been investigated by many traveling magic users who have been dumbfounded when upon arrival in the Golhord Protectorate they find their skills muffled while near any gnome. The humans of Golhord Protectorate enjoy this and believe the gnomes are a blessing in which they seek to further their use of their exotic technologies.
