The East Forests
These forests of cedar, fir, pine, and spruce cover the land beyond the Iron Spine seemingly unto the ends of the world. Humans who have traveled to these forests to settle have always returned with harsh evictions dealt out by the Sylvan Nymphs who call these forests home. When a very large fleet of human settlers settled on the mouth of the Tin River recently, most of them soon sailed back home in terror saying that those who had submitted had been turned into nymphs themselves and those who had fought had been either killed or turned into plants and animals. The power of the nymphs seems to partially increase with their numbers and their proximity to the vast forests. Other human adventurers report seeing spirits bathing in the streams and walking through the woods nude. Most humans regard this land as a frontier land too far away from any city to be of worth journeying to.
