Sir Froncine Effingham

Sir Froncine Effingham, Clive Isles Ambassador to the Free City.

A dandy and a night clubber, known for his love of clothes, fashion and "the right sort of people" (loosely defined as anybody who can afford to loose a years rent income from a small town on one hand of cards). A smart man with no grasp of business but a very astute understanding of people. Younger brother of the Duke of Effingham, one of the Seven Dukes that rule the Clive Isles.

He is famous in the Broken Lands of Old Jynass for being "attacked" by a student artist wearing bad fancy dress on Natasnacht. He and Heriot Blake later claimed that the student was a werewolf and sold the story in books and magazines.

An indifferent duelist, he prefers to destroy people by rumor and story.
